Warm and Welcoming!

I recently toured River View Apartments, and the experience was outstanding thanks to Tori. From the moment I arrived, Tori was warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of my questions, thoroughly explained the amenities and community features, and made me feel welcome throughout the entire tour.

What stood out most was her genuine enthusiasm and attention to detail. She never made me feel rushed and was transparent about the leasing process, which made… the experience stress-free and enjoyable. Tori's professionalism, friendly personality, and excellent customer service truly set the standard for what a leasing experience should be.

If you're considering River View, I highly recommend scheduling a tour with Tori. She made a great first impression and represented the community exceptionally well.

Stay away!

Office is non responsive, office is almost never open plus phone lines don't work and they don't respond to emails. Maintenance requests take a long time to process and are always patch fixes. Been here less than a year and have already had five leaks plus had to deal with a cockroach and rodent infestation. Rent here is too expensive to be dealing with all of this.

Don't Live Here

Leasing office doesn't pick up the phone or respond to emails. Online maintenance requests are slow to be received and you have to call like it's an emergency. There are hornets nests at the pool and around the complexes. The pool wasn't open for the majority of the summer. The walls are thin and if you're loud for a second, your nosey neighbors call the cops at 7pm. Neighbors ignore lines and park wherever they want.

The management and name changed in the last year, and it's been downhill… ever since.

Professional and Courteous

.The office staff is very professional and caring. Angela & Tyra answered all of my questions and made me feel very welcome! I love calling Chambers Ridge my home!
