Great new apartments, maintenance team for in apartment repairs are very quick and friendly, maintenance on the actual building take a long time, for example the door access to building 1 had been broken for a long time and it was becoming a security issue with the door being left open to building.

Beautiful apartment community with professional management and maintenance teams. They respond to inquiries and requests quickly. Location is very convenient to major highways, local shopping, restaurants and parks.

Clean and good location. Nice staffs and fantastic amenities. Pet SPA is so handy. No bugs. Great large kitchen island. Plentiful parking spaces

Pros:
Best place to live. Very calm and neat, also near to grocery stores, gyms etc.
Cons:
As it is close to NC-55 you will have noice of traffic and its hard to get in large packages as it is left in package rooms.
