I enjoy living here although there are several concerns such as garbage being left in hall for days, the package situation is terrible, if there is the slightest weather issue we have no garbage pick up, dog poop all over the grass, the dumpster always has trash overflowing to the point that it is on the sidewalk, and a few other things.

Great new apartments, maintenance team for in apartment repairs are very quick and friendly, maintenance on the actual building take a long time, for example the door access to building 1 had been broken for a long time and it was becoming a security issue with the door being left open to building.
