Aventura RTP has been a less than enjoyable experience. Although the apartments are very homey, my experience with the leasing office has made it difficult to enjoy living here. The managers do communicate well, and it has been very frustrating. If you can deal with a few people who seem to not really care about their job, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, I'd consider looking elsewhere.
