Its a nice neighborhood and the price is decent for Cary. Apartments are not upkept well though and maintenance leaves much to be desired. Fine for now

It is a nice centralized area. My neighbors are pretty friendly and it is quite. I do like the fact that the maintenance crew is available upon request.

It's been smooth and pleasant to live in the apartment complex. my pet and I enjoy what the complex has to offer, and parking isn't horrible. We also have construction going on in our apartment complex and they have been working reasonable hours and conscious of the residents.
