So far I love the place. The office is friendly and knowledgeable about the area, which is useful to me since I moved from out of state. They are responsive as well when I need something.

Apartments are spacious and well laid out. However, unless you are a new tenant with an upgraded apartment, you are living in a very old, outdated apartment.

I am proud and happy to say that I live here at Cary Greens! Everyone is very friendly and I feel safe where I call home. Great amenities and very comfortable living. Service requests are completed the next day and I have no complaints! I'm happy to call Cary Greens at Preston my home.
