Good experience so far. But too many cockroaches. We keep our apartment super-tidy; God knows from where are they getting in. In last 1 week we had taken care of 6 cockroaches (and I took images as pest control suggested).

Shelby and April have insured our move-in was as smooth and simple as possible. They were such an amazing help and have made this an even more wonderful and exciting experience then it already was. We are so happy to be a part of the community!

So far I love the place. The office is friendly and knowledgeable about the area, which is useful to me since I moved from out of state. They are responsive as well when I need something.
