I've been living here at Parkside going on 5 years and my wife and I are very pleased with the staff especially Ms Cleo. The staff is always looking for ways to improve the quality of life through planned events. The grounds are well maintained and the maintenance men are excellent when responding to requests.

Parkside place is a good apartment to stay. Cool and comfy. Walking trail is amazing. All happening places nearby. The management does organise small get togethers for the residents which is amazing. Management team is nice and superb. Nice stay for last 3 years. Only small feedbk is to add a small kids play area

I've lived in Parkside Place since 2020 and I have enjoyed every moment. The community is quiet and the neighbors are respectful. The maintenance men are the best and quickly responsive to service requests. The office team is very professional and nice to speak with. I plan to renew my lease in June 2025.
