I find living at Traditions at Stonewater to be a very good experience, overall. The manager and the maintenance staff do an excellent job. My apartment is very nice, and the rates are reasonable. More importantly, I feel very safe here.

nice residential area with good amenities, excellent location near target, bank and restaurants, easy access to RTP area. The unit I leased was in nice conditions, recently painted, very clean. Contract is very clear and admin team answers any question you amy have about it. Payment for the lease is very easy, I could move in just a matter of days, from contacting them to reading the contract and moving in took about 3 days. The area is nice, not crowded at all and the amenities like the gym and... walking areas are really nice.
