Move in was easy. We had an accident on the way to Cary and called the office staff to open the door for the moving company.

Fine place to live, good area and maintenance is super responsive. just a bit of a roach and spider problem. The windows, doors, and faucets don’t seem to be fully sealed and so there are constant bug problems

The location is perfect and the community is safe and clean for the most part- though I wish they would pressure wash the walkways and stairways more often because of all the bugs and spiders!

This apartment complex feels homey, clean, and comfortable. We’ve been here 6 years and love the location.
Right across from crossroads shopping plaza and adjacent to the greenway, it fulfills the suburban vibe.

Move in smooth and been here 2 weeks nice and quiet. Very close to shopping and easy access to 64 and my view of beautiful lake with waterfall is very peaceful and soothing
