Incorrect balance billed long after move-out, not resolved
Beware. We were billed over a year after moving out despite confirming a $0 balance with the office at move-out.
Since then, we spent months calling, emailing, visiting in person, and contacting corporate. A manager eventually promised it would be resolved, but we are still receiving the same balance notice months later.
Notting Hill appears to have serious breakdowns in billing and record-keeping that are now affecting former residents. We have heard similar reports from others in the... community. Proceed with caution.
