Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises, including inside the unit. If a smoke detector is tampered with, disabled, or triggered due to smoking, guests will be fined $2,500 and removed from the property immediately without refund. There is a strict no unauthorized guests/visitors policy at the complex, and unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fine per person, immediate removal from the property, and cancellation of the reservation without refund.
