Early check-in and late checkout are available for $59 for 1 hour early/late or $89 for 2 hours early/late. An optional cleaning reset is available for extended stays for $175. We welcome up to 2 pets, each under 35 lbs, for $15 per night for 1 pet or $25 per night for 2 pets, each capped at $195 and $295 per stay, respectively. A one-time large pet surcharge applies for pets over 35 lbs: $49 for 1 large pet or $95 for 2 large pets, in addition to the standard pet fee.

Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this time, guests must keep noise to a minimum, including avoiding loud conversations, TV, music, or activity that may disturb neighbors. Bluetooth speakers, sound systems, and amplified music are prohibited at all times throughout the unit, hallways, and outdoor areas. If noise levels exceed 80 decibels for more than 10 consecutive minutes, guests will be fined $2,500, removed from the property immediately, and their reservation will be canceled without refund. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises, including inside the unit, on balconies or patios, and in shared or public spaces. If a smoke detector is tampered with, disabled, or triggered due to smoking, guests will be fined $2,500 and removed from the property immediately without refund. There is zero tolerance for tampering with any in-unit devices, including smoke detectors, Wi-Fi routers, noise monitors, or security equipment. Bringing undisclosed pets into the unit may result in a minimum $500 fine and cancellation of your stay without refund. No driveway or street parking is available, and vehicles will be towed. No commercial vehicles, trailers, RVs, extended vans, or boats are allowed. The primary guest must be 21+. Guests aged 18–20 may reserve with a one-time additional fee of $35. All guests staying in the unit must provide their IDs. Failure to complete the verification process may result in cancellation of the booking without a refund. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash and recycling in the designated dumpsters. Trash must never be left outside the unit, including doorways, balconies, or patios, and any violation of this policy will result in a $500 fine. Any violation of core rules will result in immediate removal from the property and non-refundable cancellation of your reservation.
