If a detector is tampered with, disabled, or triggered due to smoking, guests will be fined $2,500 and removed from the property immediately without refund. Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fine per person, immediate removal from the property, and cancellation of the reservation without refund. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash and recycling in the designated dumpsters and any violation of this policy will result in a $500 fine. Bringing undisclosed pets into the unit may result in a minimum $500 fine and cancellation of your stay without refund. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old; guests aged 18–20 may stay with prior approval and a one-time $35 fee.
