There is zero tolerance for tampering with any in-unit devices, including smoke detectors, Wi-Fi routers, noise monitors, or security equipment. Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fine per person, immediate removal from the property, and cancellation of the reservation without refund. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash and recycling in the designated dumpsters. Trash must never be left outside the unit, including doorways, balconies, or patios. Any violation of this policy will result in a $500 fine. Any violation of the core rules will result in immediate removal from the property and non-refundable cancellation of your reservation. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old; guests aged 18–20 may stay with prior approval and a one-time $35 fee. Failure to complete the identity verification process will result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.
