Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises, including inside the unit, on balconies or patios, and in shared or public spaces. If a smoke detector is tampered with, disabled, or triggered due to smoking, guests will be fined $2,500 and removed from the property immediately without refund. There is zero tolerance for tampering with any in-unit devices, including smoke detectors, Wi-Fi routers, noise monitors, or security equipment. Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fine per person, immediate removal from the property, and cancellation of the reservation without refund. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash and recycling in the designated dumpsters. Trash must never be left outside the unit, including doorways, balconies, or patios. Any violation of this policy will result in a $500 fine.
