For 1-7 nights, it's $25 per night, for 8-29 nights, it's $200, and for 30+ nights, it's $300. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats and dogs are allowed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee.

Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy. No parties or events are allowed, and unauthorized guests will incur a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited on this property, including balconies and in or around the building. If any signs of smoking are found, a fine of $500 will be imposed. Depending on our cleaning schedule, early check-in/check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $25 per hour. Otherwise, for delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check-out fee. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 fee.
