Reserved on-site parking is available for one vehicle. Dogs are welcome with a fee of $59 per dog if registered or $120 if not. A 7-day pass to Dowd YMCA is available for $50.
Welcome to Historic Dilworth, Charlotte’s most iconic and walkable neighborhood, featuring tree-lined streets, historic craftsman homes, and a warm southern feel. Dozens of cafés, brunch spots, and restaurants are within a few blocks. Walk 10 minutes to Freedom Park or bike along the Little Sugar Creek Greenway. The Lynx Blue Line (East/West Blvd Station) is a 15-minute walk or a 3-minute drive to Uptown. The bus stop is a ½ block away with routes to Uptown and SouthPark. Drive times are 5 minutes to Atrium CMC, 10 minutes to Uptown, and 15 minutes to CLT Airport. Most guests enjoy walking or using rideshare services to explore the area.
Guests must be 21+ to book. Only two dogs are allowed per stay unless otherwise approved. Guests must keep pets off furniture and bedding, and excess hair or damage will result in a $250 cleaning fee plus repairs. Guests must clean up waste. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM, and parties or unregistered guests are not permitted. Smoking is not permitted, and a violation will result in a $500 cleaning fee.
