Driveway parking is available for up to 10 vehicles. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee of $300 per pet per stay, which must be disclosed at booking. No drop-by, unregistered guests unless pre-approved by the host. No parking or driving on the lawn; damage to the lawn or sprinkler system will be charged to the guest. Use of the fireplace is not allowed. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING of any kind in the house/garage; this will result in a $500 fine for deep cleaning. Smoking is allowed outside in the backyard only. Please discard cigarette butts responsibly. Quiet Hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. Respect the neighbors. Complaints from a neighbor will result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund. ID verification and a damage waiver purchase ($99) or credit card authorization hold ($1000) are required prior to check-in. For security and safety, this property has a Ring doorbell camera that monitors the front of the property, and two additional exterior Ring cameras monitor the backyard/cabana/pool area and driveway.
