Granite countertops complete the kitchen, which comes fully equipped with essentials. The adjacent dining room comfortably seats four, and the screen porch area is perfect for morning coffee or tea.
A workstation with a 32” monitor, wireless keyboard, and mouse is available for rent at $10.00 per day. A pack n’ play and/or highchair can be requested with at least 24-hour advance notice. Single beds can be joined into a king-sized bed for a one-time $50 fee. Dogs are welcome with a registration cost of $59 per dog (two maximum). If not registered, a $120 fee per dog applies. Additional fees may be charged for hair on furniture, excess hair, stains, damage, or waste.

The property has a zero tolerance for parties, unruly behavior, loud music, disrespectful or unlawful activities, with violations resulting in forfeiture of the entire reservation and possible additional fees. Smoking any substance is strictly prohibited on the premises and may result in a $500 penalty. Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation.
