A workstation with a monitor, keyboard, and mouse is available for rent for $10.00 per day. A pack n’ play and/or highchair can be requested with at least a 24-hour advance notice. Pets are permitted with a non-refundable fee, and you will be responsible for cleaning up all evidence of your pet at the property. On-site parking is available.

Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation. Smoking any substance is strictly prohibited on the premises and may result in a $500 penalty. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. The property has a zero tolerance for parties, unruly behavior, loud music, disrespectful or unlawful activities. Violations will warrant forfeit of the entire reservation and may incur additional fees. Single beds can be joined into a king-sized bed for a one-time $50 fee.
