Granite countertops and a fully equipped kitchen with essentials such as measuring cups, spoons, mixing bowls, roasting pans, and a garlic press are included. The adjacent dining room comfortably seats four, and the screened porch is perfect for morning coffee or tea. Relax in the spacious living room with a large upholstered sofa, flatscreen television, and artwork by local artist Nico Amortegui.
On-site parking is available next to the building. A workstation with a monitor, keyboard, and mouse is available for rent at $10.00 per day. A pack n’ play and/or highchair can be requested with at least 24-hour advance notice. Single beds can be joined into a king-sized bed for a one-time $50 fee. Dogs are welcome with a registration fee of $59 per dog (two maximum). If not registered, a charge of $120 per dog applies. Additional fees may be incurred for hair on furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, damage, or waste found in the yard or home.
Located in historic Myers Park, Queens Road is the heart of Charlotte’s premier neighborhood, replete with wide sidewalks and towering oaks. This safe community is ideal for walking or jogging and is a short stroll from multiple coffee shops and restaurants. Within a half-mile walking distance are more than 40 locally owned restaurants, including Thai, Italian, French, and Mexican cuisines, as well as popular spots like Starbucks and Panera. The Myers Park Mile offers locally owned shops, antiques, fine gifts, wines, and bespoke clothing. Charlotte’s renowned greenway is less than a half-mile away, perfect for biking, running, or walking along the 30 miles of trails. The condo is also close to Freedom Park, Dilworth, Plaza-Midwood, Atrium Medical Center, and Novant Hospital complex.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. The property has a zero tolerance for parties, unruly behavior, loud music, disrespectful or unlawful activities. Violations will result in forfeiture of the entire reservation and may incur additional fees. Smoking any substance is strictly prohibited on the premises and may result in a $500 penalty. Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation. There are eight residences in the building, each offering privacy and seclusion on one of Charlotte's premier streets.
