Single beds can be joined into a king-sized bed for a one-time $50 fee. A workstation with a monitor, keyboard, and mouse is available for rent for $10.00 per day. The entire condo is yours and is accessible via a digital lock or lock box to allow convenient 24-7 self-check-in. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. The property has a zero tolerance for parties, unruly behavior, loud music, disrespectful or unlawful activities. Violations will warrant forfeit of the entire reservation and may incur additional fees. Smoking any substance is strictly prohibited on the premises and may result in a $500 penalty.
