Well-behaved, quiet dogs are allowed with a pet fee of $59 per dog, with a maximum of two dogs. If you do not register your dog, you will be charged $120 per dog. Dogs are never allowed on the furniture or bed, and additional fees apply for hair on furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, damage, or waste found in the yard or home. A workstation is available for rent during your stay, including a 32” monitor, wireless keyboard, and mouse. On-site parking is ample and conveniently located next to the building.

This incredibly safe community is ideal for walking or jogging, and you are just a short stroll to multiple coffee shops and restaurants. Within a half-mile walking distance are more than 40 locally owned restaurants, including Thai, Italian, French, and Mexican cuisines, as well as Starbucks, Panera, and Old Pancake House. The neighborhood also offers a vibrant culinary scene with upscale restaurants, charming cafes, and trendy eateries. Charlotte’s renowned greenway is less than a half-mile away, offering 30 miles of trails for biking, running, or walking. The condo is also very close to Freedom Park, Dilworth, Plaza-Midwood, the Atrium Medical Center, and the Novant Hospital complex.
Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation. Smoking is prohibited, and if any signs of smoking are found, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home, a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If quiet hours are violated and neighbors are disturbed, the reservation will be canceled, and guests will be required to leave the property immediately without a refund. Noise may be monitored with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. Guests are responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during their stay.
