The adjacent dining room comfortably seats four with all the place settings. Our spacious bathroom features a walk-in shower with dual shower heads and a double sink. You will love our heated marble bathroom floor! Included in our amenity package are Nest products as well as detergents. The building has a shared patio that includes a grill, table and chairs. A workstation is available for rent during your stay. This includes a 32” monitor, wireless keyboard and mouse. There is ample on-site parking next to our building. Well-behaved, quiet dogs are allowed with a pet fee of $59 per dog with a maximum of two dogs. Dogs are never allowed on the furniture or bed. If there is hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, damage or waste found in the yard or home, an additional fee will be charged.

Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. To be courteous to neighbors, quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, the reservation will be canceled and you will be required to leave the property immediately without any refunds. Noise may be monitored with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. The entire condo is yours for your stay and is accessible via keys in a combination lockbox. This residence has off-street parking in a private lot.
