Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking or finds cigarette butts, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. If marijuana is smoked, a $500 fee will be charged, and details may be turned over to the authorities. Parties are prohibited. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If violated, the reservation will be canceled, and you will be required to leave immediately without a refund. Noise may be monitored with exterior cameras or noise monitoring technology. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if excessive trash is left.
