This apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, ultra-fast Wi-Fi, Hulu Live TV, and an in-unit washer and dryer. The recently renovated kitchen features quartz counters and stainless appliances and is fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, and more. The adjacent dining room comfortably seats four and has all the place settings. The spacious living room features upholstered furniture that provides comfortable seating, a large flat-screen television with both streaming and Hulu Live, and a desk. Each residence showcases artwork by local artist Nico Amortigui. Included in our amenity package are Nest toiletries. Ample storage in the apartment makes it ideal for long-term guests.
On-site parking is available, and a workstation is available for rent during your stay, which includes two 32” monitors, a wireless keyboard, and a mouse. If you are traveling with a dog, it must be registered at a cost of $59 per dog (two maximum). If you do not register your dog, you will be charged $120 per dog.

Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 7 am. Dogs are never allowed on the furniture or bed. If there is hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, damage, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged an additional fee. Only two dogs are allowed per stay unless otherwise approved. Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside/outside the apartment or building.
