We are a dog-friendly home with a pet policy that requires registration at a cost of $59 per dog, with a maximum of two dogs allowed. If not registered, a fee of $120 per dog will be charged. Single beds can be joined into a king-sized bed for a one-time $50 fee. A pack n’ play and/or highchair can be requested with at least a 24-hour advance notice.

We have a very strict non-smoking policy and there is a $300 penalty for guests that violate this policy. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Our property has a zero tolerance for parties, unruly behavior, loud music, disrespectful or unlawful activities. Violations will warrant forfeit of the entire reservation and may incur additional fees. Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation. Smoking any substance is strictly prohibited on the premises and may result in a $300 penalty.
