If a smoke detector is tampered with or triggered due to smoking, guests will be fined $2,500 and removed from the property immediately without refund. Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fine per person, immediate removal from the property, and cancellation of the reservation without refund. All units are equipped with a smart lock or lockbox system. Access details will be shared via email or text message 24 hours prior to check-in, but only after the pre-check-in form and identity verification are completed.
