Free on-site parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Public transit and ride shares are available with quick access to Uber, Lyft, and local transit. We welcome up to two pets per reservation, each weighing under 35 lbs. A fee of $49 per pet is charged for stays of 1–6 nights, with additional charges for longer stays. For pets over 35 lbs, a one-time $49 large pet fee applies for one pet, and $95 for two larger pets. Bringing undisclosed pets into the unit may result in a minimum $500 fine and cancellation of your stay without refund. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability with a fee of $35 for 1 hour early/late and $49 for 2 hours early/late. Optional $150 mid-stay cleaning reset for extended stays includes new linens, surface cleaning, and trash removal.

No smoking is allowed anywhere on the premises, including inside the unit, on balconies or patios, and in shared or public spaces. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate removal from the property. Quiet hours are from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily. During these hours, no loud music should be played, and all audio should be kept at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents. Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fine per person, immediate removal from the property, and cancellation of the reservation without refund. The property will be inspected for damages after checkout. Guests are required to report any damages upon check-in to avoid being charged after departure. Filming, photoshoots, or any type of commercial production are strictly prohibited on the property. Guests must vacate the property by the agreed-upon checkout time. Unauthorized late checkouts are considered trespassing and may result in additional charges or police involvement. All guests agree that the unit is to be used strictly for short-term, transient lodging only. These are not residential rentals and are not intended for permanent use. Guests must have and maintain a separate primary residence elsewhere. If we suspect a guest is attempting to use the property for residential purposes, we may require proof of residence and reserve the right to cancel the stay immediately without refund.
