Free on-site parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in an open lot. We welcome up to two pets per reservation, each weighing under 35 lbs. A fee of $49 per pet is charged for stays of 1–6 nights, with additional charges for longer stays: 7–13 nights incur an extra $25 for one pet or $49 for two; 14–27 nights incur an extra $49 for one pet or $95 for two; and stays of 28+ nights incur a fee of $149 for one pet or $295 for two. For pets over 35 lbs, a one-time $49 large pet fee applies for one pet, and $95 for two larger pets. Bringing undisclosed pets into the unit may result in a minimum $500 fine and cancellation of your stay without refund. Optional mid-stay cleaning is available for $175, which includes new linens, surface cleaning, and trash removal.

The apartment enforces a strict no-smoking policy inside the unit. Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fine per person, immediate removal from the property, and cancellation of the reservation without refund. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this time, guests must keep noise to a minimum. Bluetooth speakers, sound systems, and amplified music are prohibited at all times throughout the unit, hallways, and outdoor areas. This property is equipped with noise monitoring devices and exterior security cameras. If noise levels exceed 80 decibels for more than 10 consecutive minutes, guests will be fined $2,500, removed from the property immediately, and their reservation will be canceled without refund. Entry requires a smart lock and/or lockbox. Some properties may require downloading an app for Bluetooth access. Check-in instructions will be sent via email or message.
