Located just 1.5 miles from the central business district (Uptown), you'll be able to walk to 3 parks, two full-service grocery stores, over 40 restaurants offering diverse cuisines, massage studios, coffee shops, art galleries, consignment stores, neighborhood pubs, and other amenities. A transit stop half a block away provides bus service directly to Uptown and SouthPark every 15-20 minutes. The Lynx Blue Line light rail is only a 15-minute walk away, with trains going directly Uptown in 10 minutes. Carolinas Medical Center is 4 minutes away by car, or an easy 15-20 minute walk. Annual events in the neighborhood include the Greek Festival, Festival in the Park, and the Dilworth Criterium bicycle race.
Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation, and this rule is strictly enforced. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, the reservation will be canceled, you will be required to leave the property immediately, and you will not be eligible for any refunds. Noise may be monitored with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. Pets are permitted at this home. You must notify us if you plan to bring a pet to the home and will be charged a non-refundable fee. You will be responsible for cleaning up all evidence of your pet at the property, including fur inside the home and waste from the yard.
