We are a dog-friendly home with a non-refundable fee of $59 per dog, with a maximum of two dogs allowed. Dogs must be registered, and if not, a charge of $120 per dog will apply. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or bed, and additional fees will be charged for any hair, stains, damage, or waste found. Onsite parking is available for your convenience.

Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation. Smoking is prohibited, and if any signs of smoking are found, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home, a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, your reservation will be canceled, and you will be required to leave the property immediately without any refunds. Noise may be monitored with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay.
