Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation. This dog-friendly home allows up to two dogs with a registration cost of $59 per dog. If you do not register your dog, you will be charged $120 per dog. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or bed, and any hair, stains, damage, or waste found will incur an additional fee.

If marijuana is smoked in or around the home, a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, your reservation will be canceled, and you will be required to leave the property immediately without a refund. Noise may be monitored with exterior cameras or noise monitoring technology. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay.
