Abberly Woods Apartment Homes

I've been living at Abberly woods for a while now. It seemed nice from an initial walkthrough. Here's what you come to find out after months of living here.
The walls are paper thin, so unless you're on the top floor, you'll hear every step your neighbors make.
The gate has worked for maybe a month total since I've lived here. The complex is not safe or secure, as even when the gate is working, 4 other cars will follow you through when you swipe your key fob.
You can't have guests over, EVER.... Your apt number is given one guest pass. So if you have more than one guest, they can't park, and will get booted or towed. They say they have visitor spaces, but these are always full and cars will just park there permanently.

Avoid living here if you want a pleasant experience.

My parents' car was booted for parking outside my apartment for 10 minutes while they came inside at 8 pm on a Monday. $140 and almost two hours later to get the boot removed. Before I moved in all units were said to have included washer/dryer. Complex then said that was only certain units. It took multiple escalations and multiple screenshots of my application and their website showing that all units had included washer/dryer before they... fixed their mistake. I really enjoyed my time in Auston Woods. The staff was so outgoing. They held many events for the community and children. Always so friendly and helpful. I hated having to leave.

Not professional at I moved from newyork a week ago looking for apartments someone told to try auston woods I did I got approved for the apartment gave in all my paper work got one email to let me know what Else i needed I sent the other paper work still never got a email back about the apartment one thing I don't like is being used and played this company have to do a lot better in help people but I see already how they treat there tenants that is unacceptable I am so happy I went some where... else and got the right service that I deserve you just lost a really good tenant Read More

Office staff is friendly but it's impossible to get anything done. Anything "on-call" is a joke, and the front gate is broken ALL of the time. Highly recommend one of the neighboring apartments for the area, they are a lot nicer.
