Bond on Mint

I've been living at Bond on Mint for 2 months. Aesthetics, staff, amenities are nice, as noted with other comments. There's just one problem - the parking. My fiance' comes to visit me from time-to-time, for January he's had to pay $400 out of pocket expenses on booting. He was cited for double parking, where his tire was slightly over the parking line due to the person next to him parked the same way. Reason for that being is because the compact spaces labeled with a "C" measure the same for... all the parking spaces throughout the parking lot. The leasing office nor the booting company, although apologetic from the leasing office side, did not come up with any way to resolve this especially given this has happened twice. I don’t currently live here yet but strongly considering it after my tour with Zack. I did a walk-in because I drove by the building. He was very friendly and informative. He answered every question I had perfectly and left an amazing impression on us.

The views here are unmatched and a welcomed addition to the Charlotte skyline. The onsite team has been very communicative with ongoing construction and updates. Cant wait to move in!
