Visitor Parking Booting is Uncalled for, Excessive
I've been living at Bond on Mint for 2 months. Aesthetics, staff, amenities are nice, as noted with other comments. There's just one problem - the parking. My fiance' comes to visit me from time-to-time, for January he's had to pay $400 out of pocket expenses on booting. He was cited for double parking, where his tire was slightly over the parking line due to the person next to him parked the same way. Reason for that being is because the compact spaces labeled with a "C" measure the same for... all the parking spaces throughout the parking lot. The leasing office nor the booting company, although apologetic from the leasing office side, did not come up with any way to resolve this especially given this has happened twice. If you want your visitors to feel harassed, stressed and boggled down with booting at $200 every pop, choose Bond on Mint.
