These apartments are horrible. The management is unprofessional, and they never answer the phone. The owners are unreachable due to them not wanting to hear about the problems of the complex. The roach problem is out of control, and they do not have pest control . When you complain to the office it falls on deaf ears. Please look for someone else to live. You have to literally go to the office, if by chance they open their doors. It's like they are hiding from the residents. The new manager is... rude and her assistant is equally rude. Management is very rude, and they have roaches. The roach problem is very bad and they do not offer pest control.

The trash accumulates constantly. The appliances are outdated. If you ask for a replacement you get old stoves, the refrigerator is old and repairs are not made. Since the new owners have been taken over it has really going down. Please don't waste your money!

This place is horrible bugs and rats. Trash everywhere. The cops are constantly coming out due to drugs, drunk and disorderly people, and gun fire. Stay away and spend your money elsewhere.

They are incredibly spacious on the inside. I rented the 2 bedrooms 1 bath unit, the master bedroom has a huge walk-in closet that could easily be used as a closet and storage area. They are also in the process of renovating all of the older units and they look so nice now with updated floors and counters! Mine was in the original condition before they were bought out, but I still had no complaints!
Frank the building manager is awesome! He is so understanding and willing to work with you no... matter what! My neighbors were very friendly but loud. Which everyone should be expected when looking for an apartment, let's be real.
The only reason we left is that we bought our first home. If I ever need to go back to an apartment, I would 100% come back! Read More
