The reviews for this complex are completely fake, and tenants are asked to leave them when they first move in. I’ve lived in Cielo over a year, and the Leasing Office team will oversell that they are different since changing property management companies and they look out for your best interest, but it’s a complete lie to get you to sign the lease. 1) make sure to go over it with a fine tooth comb. They charge you twice for garbage and they charge you for the garage, which is the only place you... can park. Every complex I’ve lived in (about 5 in Charlotte) has had a garbage and a garage, and I have never gotten charged for it. 2) Parking is horrendous and your car will get knicks, dings, or even vandalized 3) Repairs take forever. Took over 8 months to get our blinds replaced and we kept getting told that they’re custom and that was causing the delay. They finally came and they don’t even match. 4) they are a mess when it comes to billing. We’ve gotten billed wrong twice 5) it’s dirty as hell. Garbage rooms are a mess, and they’re valet schedule is literally trash to where we haven’t used it in two months. They sent out emails stating we would receive additional charges if boxes weren’t broken down or bags aren’t tied, and from the looks of the rooms, they ain’t acting on that. Parking deck is filled with trash and cigarette butts. 6) Sold us on that they got rid of some bad eggs in terms of residence. With the vandalism, parking, garbage, etc., that’s obviously not the truth. Not to mentioned someone sprayed the pool with a fire extinguisher couple weeks ago that closed it for several days. 7) from what I know, they do nothing in terms of amenities. Same gym with old equipment, no community whatsoever. 8) if you ask or bring something to their attention, don’t expect a call back. If they need something however, they’ll blow your phone up. 9) the mailroom is a mess. I’ve lost mail and packages a couple of times. There is a massive rack in the office full of unclaimed packages, and they have not done any sort of communication to do something about it. I hope I provided enough examples to influence to not make the same mistake I did. This is by far the worst place I’ve lived in Charlotte, and I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy. The leasing staff was amazing. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. The building however… not luxurious at all. The hallways are very dingy and there was trash everywhere. The units are outdated and poorly taken care off. I’ve toured this building twice within the past couple years and the first time it was great. This past time, which was a couple weeks ago, it was so run down. I’m not sure what happened and why it has seemed to go down hill but some cleaning and care to the building is... much needed. Place is dirty. New management is only looking to try to make money by suckering in new people. Tenants are leaving every week and it shows why.

Great location, and not a lot of noise issues, but that’s about it. Staff is friendly, but are quite “involved” with your lease. They feel the need to come IN your apartment but provide no reasoning. Several times in fact during this pandemic. You have to waive maintenance to contact you before entering your home (their policy is entering without contacting you first), been waiting on a filter for our fridge for several months which has not been addressed. In just a little over a year lease lived here, the entire staff has changed multiple times to the point where they don't know who is a resident and who isn't. The shady and unprofessional maintenance team will enter your home without reason. We came home on lunch to find the maintenance guy locking our door and walking past us. When we called the office, they said they couldn't find a reason for him to be there. We have had water literally dripping onto our child's head at night through the roof... . We complained, they patched it from the inside which obviously did nothing. We complained again after we emptied bucket after bucket and they did another shady patch job. It got so bad that after testing for mold, the results made us move our son into our bedroom. For over a year we paid for a two bedroom while only using 1. The toilet in our bathroom would keep running and running and although we had maintenance come multiple times to fix it, we eventually fixed it ourselves. Another awful issue was our water. They told us they'd have to enter to read our water monitor because of an "issue on their end". That next month, we received a water bill for TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS! We then had to call THEM to bring up the issue as they hoped we would just pay it and not notice. They had to come in again and again to our apartment but to this day the water bill was never resolved. Upon move out they are trying to tell us we owe for all of the overage. They are shady, unprofessional, and corrupt. And when you finally get someone who may actually help take care of the problem on staff, they're gone a week later because they never stick around for long. Weinstein properties is a scam and their only business is to push people through the property. The water leak in the bedroom was so bad that it wore a hole in the carpet. Thank goodness we took photos of everything upon move out because of course, they are trying to charge US for the carpet from the room we never even got to use anyway! The hallways and stairs are always dirty and the maintenance guy is the most untrustworthy person in the building. You will not feel comfortable where you have to spend most of your time. Go where there isn't holes in the ceiling, bugs everywhere, water leaks in the bathroom and kitchen, dirty hallways, crooked cabinets, old non-working appliances, shady maintenance team, untrustworthy office team, and a corrupt company overseeing the whole thing.
