Unprofessional
I drove over four hours from Virginia for a scheduled apartment tour on June 19, 2026, at 3:00 PM. I had both a confirmation email and text message confirming the appointment.
Despite arriving approximately 15 minutes early, no one was available for the scheduled tour. I called multiple times, sent text messages, knocked on the office door, and waited more than 20 minutes past the appointment time. Unfortunately, no one answered, responded, or showed up.
This was an extremely disappointing... experience and a complete waste of time and travel expenses. A confirmed appointment should be honored, or at the very least, prospective residents should be notified if staff are unavailable.
While waiting, I walked around the property and observed broken mailboxes and trash scattered around parts of the complex, which further raised concerns about the property's management and upkeep.
I understand that unexpected situations can occur, but the lack of communication, professionalism, and respect for a prospective resident's time is unacceptable. I would strongly encourage management to review its scheduling and customer service practices to prevent others from having a similar experience.
