I've been here for nine months. All my service requests were managed promptly. The staff is friendly and polite. The community overall is quiet and hospitable. It's a good property that's not so big that it feels completely impersonal. It's a bit noisy since I face a busy street.

Nice place to live with convenience to shops, highways and transportation if you do not have a vehicle. Big open concept, maintenance responds to request right away.

I relocated from D.C. to Charlotte and choosing Cortland Mallard Creek as my new home was truly one of the best decisions I’ve made. From the very beginning, the staff was warm, welcoming, and so communicative—making a big transition feel smooth and supported. The leasing team answered all my questions with patience and made me feel confident every step of the way. Move-in day was a breeze thanks to the ample parking and clear directions, and any minor fixes I needed were handled quickly by the... kind and respectful maintenance team. The apartment itself is incredibly spacious for the price, and the layout makes it feel like home instantly. I love how peaceful and clean the grounds are—everything is beautifully maintained. The amenities are modern, inviting, and thoughtfully curated, and the location is super convenient to nearby shopping and dining. The dog parks are a huge plus too—my little Denver is thriving and loves having a space to run and explore.
