In general, Cortland is a satisfactory complex to reside in, albeit it requires additional attention to pest control measures. The staff members are amiable and approachable. They endeavor to provide comprehensive answers to inquiries, although they may not always follow up to guarantee their completion.

I've been here for nine months. All my service requests were managed promptly. The staff is friendly and polite. The community overall is quiet and hospitable. It's a good property that's not so big that it feels completely impersonal. It's a bit noisy since I face a busy street.
