Dishonest, Unprofessional, and Poorly Managed
This has been one of the worst rental experiences I’ve had.
During the application process, I was told there was a one-month-free special, but after applying, I was suddenly told I did not qualify. This turned into a frustrating back-and-forth, and the manager handling it was rude and dismissive. The special was only honored after I threatened to cancel my application, which should never have been necessary.
The problems did not stop there. I was moved into the wrong apartment, which caused... major inconvenience and stress. Fixing this situation took far longer than it should have, and I was forced to pay additional moving costs out of pocket and spend extra time correcting an error that was not mine. The only person who ultimately helped resolve this was the Asset Manager — not the on-site office staff responsible for handling resident issues.
When this situation was addressed, the Regional Manager offered only a $200 credit, despite the inconvenience and financial impact. During that interaction, an unprofessional remark was made suggesting that I “don’t make $200 a day,” which was inappropriate and dismissive given the circumstances.
In general, the office staff was unprofessional, unhelpful, and often rude, with poor communication and little follow-up on concerns.
To make matters worse, the valet trash service (which residents are required to pay for) is unreliable and frequently skipped. When this is reported, residents are told to contact the third-party vendor themselves, even though this is a service the property charges for and oversees.
For the price residents pay, honesty, professionalism, and accountability should be standard. Between being misled during the application process, placed in the wrong unit, paying out of pocket for their mistake, and dealing with ongoing service failures, this property has been a constant source of frustration.
I would not recommend living here.
