terrible

constantly misspelling stuff so its natural that they "forget" a lot and dont actually fix anything they say they will fix. maintenance gets upset when u put in a maintenance request. not a dog friendly community (neighbors hate dogs, dog park constantly has poop everywhere and broken equipment, waste bags never refilled, etc). pest control never comes unless ur on a "schedule" which they take u off of anyway. u pay for it every month regardless. roaches everywhere. they dont care. also took… forever to "find" the security deposit. i had recurring problems here bc they use the cheapest stuff to do "repairs". its not worth what u pay by far lol

Don’t

The people complaining about the roaches are not exaggerating in the slightest. It’s absolutely disgusting the amount of roaches here. They know about it too and do nothing. Take your money elsewhere
