Good Decision

So far my experience at Darby Terrace has been real good. From the application process, to the managers Ms. Kerry and Ms. Peggy, everything has been a smooth transition. My apartment came furnished and everything was new and clean which is a big deal. The neighborhood itself is real quiet and I have no issues whatsoever. The complex is also right by family dollar , barbershops, and grocery stores and surrounding food spots right close by so you don't have to travel far for anything. Making it… more convenient is the bus line if you happen to need it, right beside the complex. The only thing I wish was different was the pet policy. But all in all, so far my experience has been real good and would recommend anyone looking to Darby Terrace.

Best deal in Charlotte

Well maintained property with zero trouble. Move in and out was smooth for me with full refund!! Month to month lease and options to pay by credit card were killer offer for me. Management cares about tenants. I'll choose it again if I get back to Charlotte, NC again.

Concern and Compassion

Owner and management is concerned and takes very good care of grounds and property. Have known Ms. Peggy since we moved to Charlotte 27 years ago. Owners and management showed sincere compassion to my family when we were in dire need! Thank you owner and management!

Excellent Place to Live and Extremely Satisfied

It has been a pleasure to be in this pleasant and safe place, especially with the trust and attention of the Darby Terrace Family. I congratulate you, because today, this does not happen everywhere, that the owner works with the ones who rent, since this makes us safer on both sides, keep those goals, since the building is very attractive, clean and nice for those who what to live better and in peace. Quiet neighborhood, very accessible for schools, parks, public transportation, and local… entertainment, efficient maintenance team, professional and knowledgeable staff. Congratulations to all.
