Really great place to live!

Living at Dwell at Carmel has been an amazing experience! The apartments are spacious, modern, and feel like home from day one. The community is always clean and well-kept, and I love how peaceful the area is while still being close to everything I need. The staff is super friendly and always quick to help with any requests, which makes a huge difference. The pool and dog park are my favorite spots—they make it easy to relax and meet neighbors. If you’re looking for a great place to live in… Charlotte, I highly recommend Dwell at Carmel.

Stay Away

These apartments are a dump - the website is nothing like the community. Property is filthy and unkept. Managment is extremely nasty, unprofessional and horrible to deal with. Landscapers are awful - garbage and trash everywhere. Run!

Not the best

This apartment complex is old and outdated. For the same pricing, you can find something much better and with amenities. The pool is constantly dirty and closed during pool season. The office doesn’t respond well and is a hot mess. You would be better off spending your money somewhere else.

Great atmosphere

When I first walked in I was welcomed with a warm greeting and you can tell that they were happy to see me walk in the door. I’m currently still touring other places but this is at the top of my list! Thank you guys!
