Old property, with a great location and an unreasonable landlord
Pros:
This is a great location, very quiet.
Cons:
Everything is old and falling apart. The landlord is unreasonable. He is rude, has arbitrary rules (no more than 22 nails in the wall) he blames tenants for the old, damaged things in the apartment. Constantly berated for not watering his plants, turning in rent checks (which were turned in on time). This place is fairly cheap on face value, but you pay for it in the end with the headache of dealing with the property owner.
