Farm Lane Apartments

My mother in law has lived there for years. She loves the closeness and the ability to live independently. We have seen staff come and go over the years, but I will say the current manager they have there now is by far the best. She is new to the whole income based housing world but she takes the time even when she's busy and trying to learn her own job to make sure that her residents are taken care of. Her and her staff work hard to get things taken care of quickly and if its something they... cant do they make sure to give you an update on whats going on and when things will be taken care of.
The one thing I am the most impressed by with her, is her want to make sure all residents no matter what language they speak are informed to the best of her ability. She works hard to get notices translated so that everyone on her property knows whats going on around the property and when things are happening such as inspections, out side affairs and events coming. She goes above and beyond the google translation which isn't always correct nor makes sense like most have in the past. For my mother in law this is very important since she herself speaks Russian as her first language.
This is not a requirement but she tries hard to make everyone feel important.
I tell everyone now if they need a place for an elderly person to go there and wait. I'm very impressed with the staff and the company as a whole. Read More
