Friendly and professional

I put in a work order to have a small leak in my kitchen faucet fixed. Within a few hours the maintenance team arrived and had the issue resolved quickly. C.J. and Dustin were very friendly and professional. Even though this was a small issue for me and just a minor inconvenience, it is always nice to get a maintenance request closed out quickly!

Communication Issue

After applying here I got the strangest phone call from a male at this place. The call left me very confused because I had not received any communication from a live person after applying for the entire day. When I finally did get a call, they had no clue who I was or what unit I was interested in. It looked like a nice and new community for my family but im not so sure.

Amazingly Personable

I was taken care of in terms of what I needed to make this apartment somewhere that I can work & recharge. I am appealed by the Lexington floor plan in particular. It being so spacious as well as having an office was a necessity for me. I am absolutely pleased with the courtesy that was shown to me. I cannot complain. This was the best apartment tour that I’ve had so far in my time in Charlotte. This is the complex that has priority over all of the other ones. This is an upper echelon community… that is affordable as well. There is nothing to complain about whatsoever.
