Dustin, with the maintenance team, is always accommodating, quick to help, and genuinely cares about making sure everything is running smoothly. Tiffany, the leasing agent at the front, is so warm, lovely, and welcoming - she makes every interaction feel personal and positive. Both of them really make The Frazier feel like home.

Frazier is a wonderful community in the making. I toured the community today with Tiffany, the leading consultant. She is great! I loved the floor plans, layout, and the amenities (gym, pool, clubhouse ) are fabulous. I really appreciate her & the maintenance staff for patiently answering my questions. I have been burned by more apartments than I can count so I had a list LOL! I hope I can make Frazier my home.
