Unprofessional
It’s very hard to get management or maintenance to answer calls, work orders or emails. My unit continues to flood with waste coming from up through the floors and toilets. It’s been almost six months and they still haven’t replaced the plumbing. I have emails, called put in dozens of requests and Greenwood or NewUrban has yet to respond. I can’t put furniture in my downstairs because it confines to flood with other peoples waste. They send non reputable plumbers who can’t speak much... English and the problem still hasn’t been resolved. Had I known they wouldn’t answer my calls, emails or requests I wouldn’t have chosen this residence.

This issue was the result of a complex underground plumbing matter that required extensive coordination and specialized repair efforts by professional plumbing contractors. Throughout this process, our team remained actively engaged, communicating regularly to provide updates and work toward a resolution as efficiently as possible.
We are pleased to confirm that the plumbing issue has since been fully resolved as of last week, and there are no ongoing concerns related to this matter.
