Hanover Dilworth

Yesterday I had the pleasure of visiting Hanover Dilworth, and I can honestly say it exceeded all expectations!
From the moment we walked in, it felt like we had stepped into a high-end hotel.
The units were beautiful. The communal areas well decorated. The views were breathtaking.
The roof seems to be quite popular with the pool and the views of the city. I was pleasantly surprised with the space saving ideas each units incorporate especially the studio.
Special thanks to attentive staff,… and especially Justin our leasing agent for the detailed information on the units and amenities, and answering all our questions.

I had a fantastic apartment tour with Justin! He was not only friendly and knowledgeable, but he also took the time to answer all my questions in detail. His enthusiasm for the community really shone through, making the experience even better. The amenities were gorgeous, and I left feeling thoroughly impressed. I have to say this place lives up to its high standards.

It all starts with Careena. She gave us our tour, which was excellent, months ago. When we circled back to lock in the apartment, she went over and beyond to help us out…We were out of state, which made me think the process would be difficult. It wasn’t. She provided updated videos, extra things she did not need to do, but were greatly appreciated.

Once we moved in, she checked in with us on numerous occasions. I see why she manages the… property and selfishly hope she stays on for the duration of our stay, but wouldn’t be surprised if she moved up into the C-suite.

The whole team here is top notch. From the concierge team of Miss Dee and Miss Karen , ( they always seem to brighten my day) to my brief interactions with Hayden and Wyatt on the maintenance team ( i couldn’t figure out how to use something incredibly obvious ) everyone here is wildly nice and great at their job.

I wanted to wait to write a review till after I moved in, wondering if this place is truly as good as its reviews. It is. Ive lived throughout the country, and this is by far the best spot. If I were to move again, I would check in with Hanover to see if it manages a property in my new city.

We looked at numerous similarly rated/ priced spots in Charlotte. You can’t put a premium on where you lay your head. Rent here.The gym could be a little bigger. Literally that is the only thing that could be improved. Very fortunate to live here. Read More

My wife and I have moved nine times in the last twenty years. We have no doubt that Hanover Dilworth has been the best experience of all these properties – by far. We did a very thorough search for a new residence and kept being drawn back to the Hanover Dilworth. Bernard and the leasing staff were excellent. The features and qualities of the building were awesome. It has been a bit over a month since we moved in and we continue to experience exemplary service from all members of the… Hanover team. We delayed our review, thinking that this was so unusual – perhaps it was a dream or would not continue. Wrong – The building is awesome, we love out apartment, and all of the Hanover staff (leasing, maintenance, concierge) have been helpful and so very friendly. One person in particular stands out and for numerous experiences - Dee the concierge. The lady is amazing! Best concierge we have ever seen or experienced. So helpful with managing movers, package deliveries, and solving any problem or question we might have. Where does she get the energy that we see every day? Thank you, Dee!
