Great new apartments in south end

Very nice apartment complex, everything is brand new & clean. There is plenty of work from home space throughout the common areas and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Shoutout Joe for the great tour.

great apts

This is a great apartment. I really enjoy my apartment & everything about it. The apartment is such high quality with high end features. Seriously couldn’t ask for a better place to live and I have lived in lots of apartments in south end. Check Hanover south end out you won’t be disappointed

Electrical Issues, poor building quality & no guest parking

I moved into Hanover Southend about four months ago. At first glance, the building, amenities, and apartment itself are nice, but over time it has become clear that the construction quality is lacking. Since moving in, we have experienced ongoing electrical issues including outlets not working, lights flickering, and lights completely going out. Maintenance will address the problems temporarily, but they continue to come back. We have been told they are working on getting an electrician to our... unit, but the entire process has been frustrating and ongoing with no clear timeline for resolution.

There have also been serious building issues, including an incident where the entire first floor flooded, which raised additional concerns about overall build quality and maintenance.

My fiancé and I both work from home, which was a major reason we chose this community. Given the price point, we did not expect to deal with recurring electrical issues that directly impact our ability to work.

Another major downside is the lack of guest parking. There are only six guest spots in the garage, and they are only available after 6 PM when the leasing office is closed. During that time, cars are not required to be registered, so many non residents park there to visit nearby bars, leaving little to no parking for actual residents’ guests.

Overall, while the property looks great on the surface, the ongoing maintenance issues and parking situation have made living here more stressful than expected especially considering the cost.

A licensed electrician completed a full inspection and confirmed there were no electrical issues... within the apartment. We understand your concerns about guest parking. Due to limited availability, resident parking is prioritized. Guest parking is available during non-office hours in the designated spaces before the garage, and surrounding street parking offered by the city is available on a first-come, first-served basis. We appreciate your residency and feedback. The flooding incident resulted from severe weather and external drainage conditions and was promptly addressed. Please feel free to contact the leasing office if you need further assistance.
