Move in was easy and smooth. The apartment is nice. Shower wasn’t draining when moved in and put in a work order for it but no response so far. Trash compactor is filled to the brim. Outdoor light doesn’t work. Overall good but 3 stars because it’s too soon to give an accurate rating.

The renovations are nice. Few things I would prefer differently. Some residents littering but outside of that beautiful community. The pond and trail around it is nice also.

La comunidad es bien tranquila en lo general, los residentes se comportan según las normas. El servicio de mantenimiento es bien efectivo y rápido. Las chicas de la oficina son bien nice y siempre están dispuestas ayudar.

Great place to reside in Charlotte, stuff are very nice , maintenance is fast a doing a good job , quiet and calm ? close to stores a`d hospital
