Excellent place to live quiet and secure
I have been living in this place since January 7, 2020 and it has been a wonderful experience, specially about the safety in the area and the surroundings. The team at the leasing office, specially Angel and the maintenance guys have been always responsive and quick to any request that I have submitted. I really recommend this place, Lantower Waverly Apartments to live with peace of mind, safety and joy
It also offers a safe area to walk short distance to any convenience place you would like or... need to go: supermarket, pharmacy, different places to eat, urgent care, gas station, postal office, banks, etc.
Again, I would highly recommend it

Terrible place to live
They don’t ever answer the phone. Good luck once you sign the lease it’s over. Service is terrible, they give you links that don’t work and charge you late fees due to lack of follow up on their part. Also, the hallways are dirty

Trash heap
I have lived in multiple apartments and this is by far the worst. I will bet that 90% of the positive reviews are not from actual residents. The hallways in this place look and smell like you are living in a 3rd world country. The fact they brand themselves as a "luxury" complex is very laughable. If you want maintenance done you will be forced to leave voice messages that do not get returned and submit requests online which they complete without doing the work. This place is TERRIBLE. Do... yourself the biggest favor and do not waste your time or money here!

Not maintained - filthy hallways and stairs
The new management company does absolutely nothing to maintain this property except maybe landscaping. The hallways are covered in dead bugs, spilled sticky leaky garbage and are absolutely disgusting. We have made several requests for this to be addressed and I'm writing this review after giving up. This place with the 4th property management group in less than 2 years is terrible. Trash stains from leaky trash being dragged down the hallways and stairs is never cleaned.

Great location, poorly managed
Great location, can walk to many different shops and restaurants. Nice appliances and interiors. Cleanliness issues in most main areas, including 2 week old vomit in hallways and dog urine in stairways. Never cleaned even when notified. If you take pride in where you live, and want the same from your community, maybe look elsewhere.
