It’s been almost a year now since I’ve been leaving in the complex with my family. We really appreciate the neighborhood as well as the management and maintenance team. Lizzy is awesome. She’s the one that helped us find a place in the complex. And since then, she’s always been very attentive every time we had a maintenance issue or any other need. Very nice and professional at a time.
Good experience overall.

I’ve been here 4 months now and really enjoy it. Great location close to lots of food and stores. Staff is super nice and attentive. Apartment is nice and outside is very clean especially compared to other complexes in this area. I’ve seen previous negative reviews but it seems they’ve fixed all of those issues to me.

The apartments are aesthetically pleasing at first glance but don't be fooled. Revolving office staff. No one is around long enough to fix any of the problems with this complex. Maintenance does the bare minimum. We've fixed many issues ourself in order not to have to deal with them. Roaches everywhere. I try not to be outside at night - but that doesn't do any good when they get inside. They aren't the small ones either. I've found so many large roaches in my apartment I might as well... be living outside. I'm an extremely clean person and it doesn't matter. The message boards are full of people requesting their stolen packages be returned. I would NEVER get anything shipped to my apartment and the office won't take packages. The stairwells are disgusting. Full of food wrappers, dead bugs and dog hair. We were told we were moving into a unit with new cabinets, yet they all had water damage. The storage units are nice to have, the pool area is generally clean, but trash cans around the complex are always over-flowing. Needless to say, we won't be staying. Read More

Truth... So far move in has been a ball of confusion.
1. Tub was not usable, and this apartment had showings, how with a busted tub. Step it up you'll.
2. Then had to switch apartments, another thing to deal with. ??
3. Had to update the lights & then light company wanted a $240 extra fee (for the confusion I guess) now have to deal with that.
4. Now they can't get on the right page with what fee is due for moving in on the date (my son ) did.
5. I'm a need them to get on the right page with... Everything. As so far it's Not good.
And hope no back lash for telling the truth. They need to give a months credit for all this trouble... Ijs ????

Awful property management!! Roaches that travel inside, and not enough parking spaces for guest. Overall do not spend the money it’s not worth it.
