Here is a list of my experiences living here:

My truck window was broken into behind the gate, and the management team does not care. They claim we have secure parking, but that’s not true. There was no warning sent out to the complex, even though four windows were broken and one car was stolen.

They lied about the apartment we were moving into.

Helpful staff. Moved in July '17 - both ladies were outgoing, kind and extremely helpful. When they left they were replaced. I think the replacements had a short window of time to adjust to the new staff but are now active, engaging, and very helpful. Maintenance issues here are taken care of immediately and are always flawless.

I like the apartment itself, but many spots of the common areas are poorly kept. People spill and leave messes in the halls, trash and empty cans in the elevators, bikes in the stairwells. The pool gate to outside also seldomly is locked.

Spacious apartment living, close proximity to Uptown.

It has been a very satisfactory experience so far. The size of the building is great and very little to no noise is heard. The only thing I would add to the complex is a larger gym and a 24 hour coffee room.
